Your name, asked for rather than guessed

• Signup asks for your name. It used to be taken from the front of your email address, which is why your emails from us have been saying things like "Hi jsmith,". New accounts are asked instead.
• You can change your name on your Profile. It is what greets you in emails from us and the name on your receipts, so existing accounts can fix the guessed one there.

Invitation links that work whichever one you were sent

• Sent the checklist link instead of the invitation link? If someone invites you to collaborate and then messages you the checklist address directly, you now land on the invitation rather than a blank page. Accept it and you go straight to the checklist.
• Your invitation link keeps working after you accept. Finding the email later and clicking it takes you to the checklist, instead of saying the invitation is no longer valid.
• A forwarded invitation shows less. Opening an invitation addressed to somebody else no longer names the checklist or who sent it. It still tells you which address it was sent to, so you know which account to use.
• Clearer wording on collaboration invitation emails, including who wrote what is in them.
• Tightened up how item text is escaped and rendered.
• Guide: reordering is its own mode, opened from the "..." menu. The guide had been saying it was part of edit mode in one place and getting it right in another.

New pricing, a reshaped free plan, and importing pinned lists

• Pro is now $7/month or $59/year. Down from $9/month and $89/year. If you are already on Pro, you don't need to do anything.
• The free plan counts original lists, not every list. You get 3 lists you start from scratch, and you can reuse any of them as many times as you want. Reuses no longer eat into the limit, because using a list is the whole point and the old limit was charging you for it.
• Import a pinned list into another list. Pro. Keep your reusable pieces separate and pull the ones you need into the job in front of you. Imported items are ordinary items: edit them, reorder them, or slot your own in between. Each one keeps a small "from" mark naming the pinned list it came from, and that mark carries forward when you reuse the list.
• Send an item back to the pinned list it came from. Pro. Fixed a wording on this run that you will want next time too? Click the arrow on the item. If your pinned list says something different you get asked before anything is overwritten, and items you typed in here can be added to a pinned list the list already draws on. It never removes anything from a pinned list.
• Items can have a quantity. Three SD cards, two kick pedals. Set a number while editing and the checkbox becomes a counter: it shows how many are still waiting, goes down by one each time you tap it, and only counts as done on the last one. Tap a finished item again and it starts over. The quantity travels with the item, so it carries forward when you reuse the list and comes along when you import it somewhere.
• New home page. Rewritten around what actually goes wrong rather than how the app works.

Skip items you're not doing this run

• Skip an item. Seen it, deliberately not doing it this time, but want it to stay on the list? Hover an item and click the skip button (or tap on mobile). It shows as "skipped" with a line through it. Click the "skipped" tag to bring it back.
• Skipped items don't hold up "Done". A list counts as finished when every item is either checked or skipped, so the things you consciously passed on won't leave it stuck one short.
• Skips reset when you reuse. A fresh version starts clean, with every item active again.

Faster checking, clipboard copy, and safer sharing

• Checking off an item is instant. The box fills the moment you tap it, with no flicker or pause while the list saves in the background.
• Copy a whole list to your clipboard. A copy button in the actions row hands you the list as plain text, headings and all, ready to paste anywhere.
• Copy a single item. Hover an item on desktop (or tap on mobile) and a copy button appears on the right.
• Select item text. You can now click and drag to select and copy the text of any item.
• Moderation for shared lists. Publicly shared lists can now be reviewed and taken down if they break the rules. Your private lists stay private.
• Polish: steadier icons on first load, and clearer cursors while reordering.

Reused N time for shared lists

• Show number of times a shared checklist is reused. For lists that are share, the number of times other users have reused that list is displayed as a badge to the owner of the list (not collaborators)
• Scoped the "Reuses" list at the bottom of a checklist. This now only shows reuses by the owner of a list.

Collaboration + cleaner Active tab

• Collaborate on a checklist (Pro). Invite someone by email; they accept and can check items off as they go. You keep edit, archive, share, and delete; they can check items, reuse it as their own, or leave anytime.
• Active tab focuses on what's current. Once you reuse a checklist, the fresh active checklist takes its place, and the original quietly steps aside but is still there. Find it in Pinned, search, or by clicking the "from" link on any reuse.
• Reuse history on list rows. Each row shows how many times you've reused that list and how long ago.
• "Finding Older Lists" guide section explaining how to get back to a list that's no longer in Active.
• Sign Up is now a primary-color button in the header, with Login alongside it.
• Wording polish: lists are "reused", never "copied".
