These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reuse Lists website at reuselists.com (the "Service"), operated by Phillip Harrington ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Your Content

You retain ownership of all checklists, items, and other content you create on the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and paid subscription plans with expanded features. Free tier limits may change at any time.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free plan after a grace period.

Free Trials

New accounts may receive a limited-time trial of paid features. When the trial ends, your account reverts to the free plan unless you subscribe.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
